Train new and existing Field Representatives on fundraising best practices, donor engagement techniques, and event execution.

Observe Field Representatives in action at events, providing real-time feedback and support.
Help team members refine their pitch, communication style, and engagement strategies to enhance donor relations and increase donations.
Identify skill gaps and tailor training programs to meet individual and team needs.
Work closely with Field Captains to ensure teams are well-prepared and confident before each event.
Stay up to date on nonprofit sector trends and incorporate new strategies into training.
Foster a positive, motivational team culture focused on growth, learning, and success.
Monitor and track performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

Set performance goals for field reps and provide ongoing support to help them achieve and exceed targets.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer feedback, and develop professional growth plans for team members.
Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with potential nonprofit clients.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, tailoring our services to meet their fundraising goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute effective fundraising strategies and campaigns.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing reports and insights to senior management.
Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and donors to foster business growth.
