    Key Responsibilities:

    • Train new and existing Field Representatives on fundraising best practices, donor engagement techniques, and event execution.

    • Conduct role-playing sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to improve communication and persuasion skills.

    • Observe Field Representatives in action at events, providing real-time feedback and support.

    • Help team members refine their pitch, communication style, and engagement strategies to enhance donor relations and increase donations.

    • Identify skill gaps and tailor training programs to meet individual and team needs.

    • Work closely with Field Captains to ensure teams are well-prepared and confident before each event.

    • Stay up to date on nonprofit sector trends and incorporate new strategies into training.

    • Foster a positive, motivational team culture focused on growth, learning, and success.

    • Monitor and track performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

    • Oversee the recruitment, training, and day-to-day management of PF

    • Set performance goals for field reps and provide ongoing support to help them achieve and exceed targets.

    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer feedback, and develop professional growth plans for team members.

    • Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with potential nonprofit clients.

    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, tailoring our services to meet their fundraising goals.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute effective fundraising strategies and campaigns.

    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing reports and insights to senior management.

    • Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and donors to foster business growth.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as nonprofit sector standards and ethical guidelines.
